I know what it’s like to have a vision of myself as a parent and how hard it is to ask for help.
I know what it’s like to get unsolicited advice and feel judged for doing things “differently.”
I know what it is to be held compassionately while struggling with all the things that come up when you are a parent.
And I know that when you grow your parenting skills your relationship with your child can change dramatically and for the better.
My own experience has taught me that, with non-judgmental, compassionate, and knowledgeable support, we can build authentic, connected, and collaborative relationships with our children.
